Edit: Let me know if any of you are interested in the die cute/templates whatever you want to call it...I'd be more than happy to share them with you! :)
I finally get to share a project I've been working on for a while...I created this calendar using the SRM 6x6 calendar and SRM stickers. I also used die cuts but mostly created my own (my own hand drawn are Jan., April, June, July, Aug., Sept., Oct, Dec.). There's a lot of hand stitching here too.
I was stumped on July...should I do a 'Fourth of July' theme...but because we here in Croatia don't celebrate that (since it's an American holiday) I decided to keep this month pretty neutral.
Hope you all have a wonderful New Year's Eve...have any special plans?? I think we're going to take the kids down town to look at all the lights and decorations and then have a cozy family night...perhaps a movie and popcorn!! I lay some blankets and pillows on the living room floor and we all get cozy together!
I wish you all the very best in the New Year ( lots of joy, love and good health).
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas...we had a brilliant time with family....the kids were soooo excited about Santa coming!!
I have the winners of my birthday giveaway.....thank you all for playing along...I do plan to do more giveaways here on this blog....just little ones as a thank you and just because giveaways are fun! :)
So the winner are.....

Happy Birthday Again! Bith are lovely but I have a bad habit of buying journals and list books and having a big stockpile so if I am a lucky random winner, my first choice would be to try your new favorite scent!
Congrats!!! Please email me with your address so I can send your goodies!! :)
Now if you'd like to see something crafty pop on over to the Jane's Doodles blog and check out the little treat bags I made for Jakov and his daycare group for Christmas!
I added these altered Moleskine notebooks to my Etsy shop...they are stamped/hand drawn and coloured in with markers...I'm working on some others that are hand drawn and painted....did I say I love notebooks!! Speaking of notebooks I'm giving one away here!
Here's a little info about Moleskine.... "Moleskine is the heir of the legendary notebook used for the past two centuries by great artists and thinkers, including Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Ernest Hemingway and Bruce Chatwin."
Here's a card you might have already seen on the Jane's Doodles blog...I figured I should go ahead and post it here too...I used our Pretty Peonies stamp set...the back ground stamp is Hero Arts Large Canvas Stripe and I also added a SRM sticker.
Will be adding a free digi stamp tomorrow at the Jane's Doodles blog...hope to see you there! :)
Well it was my birthday yesterday and I'm doing a little giveaway that's non crafty...I've got a crafty giveaway at the Jane's Doodles blog here.
First little giveaway is this note book by Art Blanc...when ever I go to the book store these pretties always catch my eye...they've got such gorgeous patterns and designs on them and this one is perfect to toss in you bag. It's 8.5 x 16 cm, 160 pages, hard cover.....I don't know about you but I love to make lists! :)
This is how it look on the inside...
The other little giveaway is this YUMMY solid perfume by L'Occitane...I'm wearing it everyday...I just LOVE the smell....floral and sweet like sugar...just YUM!!
The Délice des Fleurs Solid Perfum has sweet and floral notes of May Rose and Violet leaf absolutes. This alcohol-free formula (which I love because alcohol irritates me) is perfect for fragrant touch-ups throughout the day. Just making sure that it's understood that this is a perfume and not a candle! ;)
So two little giveaway open to everyone (international)..all you have to do is leave me a comment saying which prize would you prefer to win and I'll do my best to match the prize to the winner who will be randomly chosen. I really do hope I will have some Hrvati (Croatians) leave some comments...I know they're there (Ostavi mi komentar (dolje u comments) sa nagradom koju želiš dobiti)!!!
So...nailpolishes....love em! I discovered a new brand called Anny (German brand)....anyone ever use it?? They are a little over $10 and they've got a gorgeous colour selection...these are my current favourites!!
I also discovered Mavala (Swiss brand) nailpolsihes which are cute little mini ones that I actually prefer...OPI (love them) but they are HUGE and literally by the time I get through half of one it dries out and the fact that they cost $20 here in Croatia....yes TWENTY DOLLA!!!!! no thanks!
I have a love-hate reletionship with red nailpolish...but this one caught my eye!! I also like the fact that Mavala nailpolishes are free from parabens, formaldehydes, toluene, camphore, cellophane, animal ingredients and heavy metal.
It's been forever....I've been so busy...I think December is busy for everyone!!
One thing I've been up to is making holiday cards for my son's daycare group to raise money...I've mentioned before that times are tough here in Croatia and how parents bring everything from paper towels, wipes, plastic cups...they don't have much of anything, art supplies like paint, markers and paper.... so I got the idea to organize a holiday card workshop where I pre-cut/fold/glittered etc. and the parents and kids just put the cards together to sell infront of their room....I'm so proud to say we raised a lot of money .....more on this a little later....
Here's Mr. Penguin (you can get the digi stamp here). I used a SRM sticker sentiment.
Here's another card I made...the poinsettia, snowflakes and sentiment are from our Vintage Christmas stamp set that you can find here.
